Use the zipper opening in the back to remove the pillow from the toy.

Heat it in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes in 600W, together with a 1/2 glass of water. (The water prevents fruit pits from over drying and the heating pillow will last longer.)

Put the heated pillow back into the toy, the warmth will last for about 30 minutes.

WARNING! Always follow the instruc- tions! Use with adult super- vision only. Always test the pillow for about 10 seconds on your own skin to make sure it is not too hot for a childs skin.

In case of a fever or trauma you can use the fruit pit pillow as a cold pack to relieve the pain. Put the pillow in a freezer and cool it to achieve this effect.

Remove the fruit pit pillow before washing the toy in the washing machine. The pillow itself should only be washed by hands.

ALTERNATIVES TO MICROWAVE: Warm up the pillow in an oven. Wrap the heating pillow in a clean cotton towel and place the pillow on a heat resistant tray for 5-7 min (100° C / 200 °F). Put the pillow in the oven only when it has warmed up to (100° C / 200°F). Do not heat longer than 5-7 minutes.

Or use a clean and dry crockpot to warm the pillow on a stovetop on a low setting. Remember to wrap the pillow in a clean cotton towel while heating.

Or warm up on a radiator (at least 10 min. for each side).
