Terms of service

These conditions come into effect when a natural person, hereinafter referred to as “the Client”, places an order for a school uniform online at www.nordform.shop. “Hebe.Concept”, registration number 40103720618, hereinafter referred to as “the Contractor”, accepts the order and undertakes to fulfill it in accordance with these conditions.

1.      BY MAKING AN ORDER OF A SCHOOL UNIFORM YOU AGREE TO FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

1.   The Client approves that he has chosen an item, has read all its description, and it is clear to the Client what he is ordering.

2.     The price comprises only that what is indicated in the description of the item, no other services and no delivering costs are included.

3.     The delivering cost may be applied to the order, and the Client shall be informed before the order is confirmed.

4.   All items ordered from May 1 to June 30 will be available starting from August 31.

5.   All orders made from July 1 to April 30 the following year will be fulfilled and available within two months.

6.   If the Client orders an item available in stock, the Contractor shall execute the order within 10 days upon the reception of a payment.

7.  The Contractor shall not be liable for the choice of the Client, including a size, a color or a model of the item.

2.      PRICE OF THE ORDER AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

1.      By making the order, the Client must make a 100% pre-payment.

2.      In case of a paid delivery, the Contractor shall return the amount of the item’s price without the cost of delivery to the Client, if the latter returns the item.

3.  When the order is available, the Client will receive an sms with invitation to pick up the order at the store or receive an e-mail with the tracking number based on the chosen delivery method.

4.      The Contractor shall store the items of the order for 30 (thirty) days.

5.   Hebe.Concept team tries to satisfy wishes of all its customers and they will do everything to avoid returning of ordered items. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can exchange it within 14 (fourteen) days after the day of receiving it without extra charges. Hebe.Concept accepts for exchange only those items that are clean, not crumpled, without damages, with all details. In case of willing to change an item please contact us by e-mail to info@hebe.lv or by phone to +371 20361000, indicating whether you want to change the item or to be reimbursed. The customer shall cover the cost of delivery. In case of reimbursement, the money shall be transferred to the same bank account by which the order was paid. Reimbursement procedure shall take place within 14 days after the day of reception of items.

6.     In case the Client wants to change an item to another item, but the latter is not in stock, the term of reception of items shall be referred to articles 1.4., 1.5., 1.6. of these conditions.

7.   By agreeing on an additional fee, it is possible to fulfill a custom order.

8.   In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, your personal information shall be used in order to provide fulfilment of these conditions and delivery of items

3.      ORDERING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE FOR SCHOOL UNIFORM CATEGORY- AVAILABLE NOW

1.   After you chose items you would like to buy and click „Confirm Order”, an e-mail confirmation will be sent. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express. If you want to make any changes in your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail info@hebe.lv or call +371 20361000. There might be some instances where we are unable to modify your order, we apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. We do not share credit card or other payment information with third parties except for the purposes of processing payment for products and services you’ve ordered and as required by law.

4.      DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS FOR SCHOOL UNIFORM CATEGORY- AVAILABLE NOW

1.   We are happy to offer you Shipping by DPD Latvia service. Most orders in Territory Latvia will be ship out within 5 days after ordering (please, note that we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays), however some orders will take to 1-3 days to process. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping. The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to Hebe.Concept or pointed pick up point. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

2.     Door to door delivery in Latvia 6,90 Eur, delivery to pick up point in Latvia 2,90 Eur.

3.      Free shipping for orders in Latvia from 80 euro; and above.

4.   The Hebe.Concept team is committed to meeting each customer’s expectations and strives to minimize product returns. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 14 days of receiving it, free of any additional charges. We accept returns or exchanges provided the item is clean, undamaged, in its original condition, and includes all original components. To proceed, please fill and print the Return Form and include it with the item you are returning. Send the package to: Hebe.Concept Ltd., Stabu street 21A, Riga LV-1011, Latvia. In the return form, please indicate whether you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For refunds, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
