Delivery Methods

• Delivery via parcel terminals (AS Latvijas Pasts)

• Door-to-door courier delivery (AS Latvijas Pasts);

• Free in-store pickup at Hebe.Concept Store, Stabu street 21a, Riga, Latvia, LV-1011

Delivery Dates and Times

1. All items ordered from April 1 to June 30 will be available starting from August 15 (delivered by September 1st).

2. All items ordered from July 1 to July 31 will be available starting from September 30.

3. All items ordered from August 1 to August 30 will be available starting from October 31.

4. All orders made from September 1 to March 30 the following year will be fulfilled and available within two months.

5. If the Client orders an item available in stock, the Contractor shall execute the order within 10 days upon the reception of a payment.

Delivery within Latvia is 2–5 business days after order dispatch. International delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Your order will be delivered to the address provided during registration on the Hebe website. In the event of delivery delays caused by force majeure or third-party circumstances, you will be notified via email.

Delivery costs

To Latvia:

• Parcel terminal delivery 2.90 €

• Courier delivery 6.90 €

• Free shipping on orders of €100 or more

• Free in-store pickup at Hebe.Concept Store, Stabu iela 21a, Riga, Latvia, LV-1011

To Estonia and Lithuania:

• Parcel terminal delivery 4.90 €

• Courier delivery 9.90 €

• Free shipping on orders of €100 or more

To other EU countries (excluding Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania: 

• Standard shipping 20 €

• Free shipping on orders of 200 € or more

To countries outside EU:

• Standard shipping 40 €
