Refund policy

Hebe team is committed to meeting each customer’s expectations and strives to minimize product returns. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item within 14 days of receiving it, free of any additional charges.

We accept returns or exchanges provided the item is clean, undamaged, in its original condition, and includes all original components. To proceed, please fill and print the Return Form and include it with the item you are returning. Send the package to: SIA Hebe.Concept, Stabu street 21A, Riga LV-1011, Latvia.

In the return form, please indicate whether you would like to exchange the product or receive a refund. Kindly note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For refunds, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
