Applicable legislation

·   All personal data protection procedures implemented by Hebe.Concept Ltd. meets the company's internal regulations and data processing is performed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (of 27 April 2016) on natural persons’ protection in relation to the processing of personal data and Latvian State data protection legislation.

·     The processing of personal data in Hebe.Concept Ltd. is supervised by a Data Protection Specialist. What personal data is stored in Hebe.Concept database?

Hebe.Concept Ltd. collects and processes only the information that buyers submit about themselves, for example, by registering in the Company's online store - www.nordform.shop.

The obtained personal data by Hebe.Concept is divided into two groups:

·  Basic personal data. Basic personal data includes: name and surname; communication sources - e-mail and telephone number; place of residence information - city, address, postal code; consent to data processing and consent to receive individual offers.

·    Analytical data. Analytical data includes data obtained from a web browser - cookies.

In which cases does Hebe.Concept LTD. use personal data?

Personal data is used while customer registration in Hebe.Concept online store.

In order to take advantage of all privileges and special offers for users, the fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be filled in on the registration form, indicating the mandatory identification data of a natural person. These are:

·        Name and Surname - for identification of a natural person;

·   E-mail and phone number - for communication between the online store Hebe.Concept and the customer;

This data is used to communicate with the customer, answer requests or questions related to customer orders, verify access to the user portal, restore access to the portal, as well as verify the ownership of the user account. If the customer has given their consent, the data is also used to send newsletters and updates about product offers and company news.

Processing data of video surveillance

To take care of the safety of customers and employees of Hebe.Concept Ltd., video surveillance is performed in the trade premises of the company. The obtained video surveillance recordings, i.e. the image of a natural person, the location in the trading hall, the activities and time performed there, in case of a criminal offense can be used to identify the fact of the offense and the perpetrator.

The implementation of video surveillance in trade premises is carried out for the purpose to:

·        Improve the safety of customers and company employees;

·        Obtain information in case of incident investigation;

·        Ensure the protection of company’s property in cases of criminal offense.

In order for Hebe.Concept Ltd. customers to be informed and feel safe in the places where video surveillance is performed, appropriate warning signs are placed at the entrance of the stores.

Video surveillance takes place in real time and, by default videos are stored for up to 30 days. If a criminal offense is being detected, the video recordings are being kept for a longer period for the needs of an administrative or criminal case.

Hebe.Concept Ltd. is responsible for the security of the information submitted by customers and takes care the data provided by individuals do not reach third parties without permission or legal basis. The company is obliged to provide information about the personal data at its disposal in the following situations:

·      If personal data is requested to be issued by law enforcement authorities, a court or other state and local government institutions, if this follows from regulatory enactments and if the relevant authorities have the right to request such information;

·        If the Person wishes to obtain information about his / her personal data in the company’s disposal and the purposes of their use.

Rights of the person

In accordance with regulatory enactments, the privacy policy not only provides information about the purposes and methods of processing the Customer's data, but also provides that each Customer has the right to:

·     Request confirmation of the processing of an individual's personal data and in such cases request access to your personal data and processed information by submitting a written application to the company's Data Protection Specialist.

·     Request access to one’s personal data, supplement, correct, delete or restrict their processing in the database of Hebe.Concept Ltd.

·     Request the transfer of your personal data or the revocation of your personal data.

·   Submit a complaint to the State Data Inspectorate regarding the detected violations in the processing of personal data.
